Taylor Campbell Blackwell is a former Center Stage dancer and the sweetest person you could ever want to meet. Taylor felt ill all summer and this fall a fast growing stage 4 brain tumor was discovered. Taylor underwent surgery. Post surgery she was told more extensive measures were needed with numerous rounds of radiation as well as possibly a year of chemotherapy. Following the surgery, Taylor became unable to drive due to massive nausea and dizziness. After her surgery, Taylor came to stay with her parents in Salisbury needing additional help with her health. Just recently her two small daughters ages six and four have now moved into the home with Taylor's parents. Taylor and her husband have now had to put their home, that they just purchased last year, up for sale in Greenville SC where they lived. Taylor's husband has now also relocated to Salisbury to be with the rest of the family. The family home in Salisbury is not large enough to accommodate an additional four family members but they are making the best of it for now. The hope is to turn an outdoor building on the property into a possible tiny home for Taylor, her husband, and two girls. Taylor's daughter Finley has now started school at Bostian Elementary. Both Blackwell girls were dancing in Greenville, SC and loved it. We will be starting both girls in dance at Center Stage when we resume classes January 5, 2026 and Center Stage is covering all of their expenses. This family continues to remain hopeful and positive in light of all they are having to endure. Please consider any size donation for this precious family as they struggle through this journey. Donations as small as $5 are greatly appreciated. To make the donation a specific amount you can customize by putting $20 plus $5 in your cart to make a $25 donation or add $100 twice to make a $200 donation. We will be collecting at the start of our holiday show as well on Saturday, December 13 to assist this former Center Stage dancer that now needs help from our dance family.
